Functions
Iron has an important role as a constituent of haemoglobin and myoglobin (red pigment responsible for the absorption and transport of oxygen); iron is essential in metabolism as a component of a group of enzymes important in cell respiration. Deficiency leads to anaemia.

Free flowing qualities shoudl be used. Important advantages of this free-flowing sulphate are the avoidance of caking, the ability to make homogeneous mixtures as well as its excellent stability.The percentage of two valent iron should be taken into consideration too.
